Learn to Track Your Golf Ball
Tracking your golf ball is a skill you need to learn and it starts at the driving range. Watch you ball flight, its curve and how far it travels with each club in your bag for a solid shot, as well as, a missed shot. Learning to track your golf ball will help maintain pace of play on the golf course as well as come in handy on foggy days.

Block Practice
Block Practice is when you 10 or 15 balls in a row with the same club to groove the fell of your swing. Avoid Block Practice only and add Random Practice to every training session.
Random Practice
Every range session should consist of Random Practice where you practice your preshot routine, change clubs & change targets after each shot to simulate the randomness of shots you face during a live round of golf.

Games & Pressure
Game & Pressure prepare your nervous system to perform when you are live on the golf course. Accuracy games, Consistency Games, Games of HORSE with your friends are fun to train your golf swing under pressure.

How to Warm Up (Range Session)
Always warm up at the driving range and basic stretching and golf movement exercises. Begin hitting balls with your wedges and work your way down your bag to the 9,8,7…hybrids, fairways, and finally to the driver last.

Putting Practice
Practice Putting must include Reading Greens, Putting over a Start-Line and rolling the ball at the correct Speed. Become great at long distance putting (Lag Putting) and short putting for best results on the golf course.

Short Game Practice
Short Game practice should include Finesse Wedge, Power Wedge, Bump & Run, Low, Texas Wedge, and Sand practice and include practicing different lies (Sitting Up / Sitting down) from both rough and fairway to Shot, Middle & Back pin locations.
Practice Shot Making
Golf is about how many different golf shots you know how to play. Practice learning to draw, fade, hook, slice, punch, low and flight your golf balls to develop the athletic movement and give you selves more options when playing on the golf course.
